In this Holiday from November to December 2019,Children’s Peace Library was gathered Children’s for coming reading Books .where the Head librarian Francine MUHAWENIMANA encouraged young people to take cultural for reading books With peacefully in all library found in Rwanda like Kigali Peace Library ,Gicumbi peace Library and Rubavu peace library . In Library they have difference activities like Playing games ,Playing football. Libraries is one activities of Transformational Leadership Center (TLC) in Rwanda. We can not reach our Development of quality Education Without Cultural for Reading Books with peacefully .
