Co-founder and Advisor
David oversees the management of the Network and works with our partners. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Universite Libre de Grands Lacs and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies. David has an extensive history in peace work and currently serves in many leadership capacities: Coordinator of Central Africa for the African Great Lakes Initiative, Executive Director of the Transformational Leadership Center, Clerk of the Africa Section for the Friends World Committee for Consultation, and Coordinator of the Great Lakes Mediation Program for Friends Churches. David lives in Rwanda with his wife Rachel, and has three children.
Libraries Coordinator
Francine has a passion for working with children and coordinates programs for the Children's peace libraries. Francine is Rwandan-born and lives with her husband and three children in Kigali. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in Rural Development from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali. Before working at TLC, Francine worked with Rwanda Network of Religious Leaders Living with HIV and AIDS (RWANDERELA) as a field officer who worked with HIV and AIDS patients to help them learn to live a healthy normal life. Francine is a mediation facilitator and coordinates frequent Peer Mediation workshops for the students.
TLC Supervisor
Thérèse Mukamanzi was born in Rwanda. She helps keep us organized and also makes sure that funds are well managed. She is also the accountant for the Transformational Leadership Center. Thérèse is a mediator and helps run Peer Mediation programming for students. Thérèse loves to laugh and smile and we are convinced that she knows everyone in Kigali.
Communications Officer and librarian
Jean d'Amour Tuyizere is a dedicated change-maker with a passion for community development. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies, specializing in Rural Development. Alongside his academic background, Jean d'Amour  has gained valuable experience in various fields, including mental health, conflict resolution, career guidance, and social media. Currently, He  serves as the Operations and Communications Officer at TLC Rwanda, where he is responsible for managing TLC's social media presence, creating engaging content, and overseeing the organization's library. He brings a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing and project design, and is deeply committed to promoting peacebuilding in his community
Field Staff
THEOPHILE lives in Rwanda with his wife and two kids. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business information Technology and he is doing his second Bachelor's Degree in Rural Development for improving his techniques for future use in country development. Theophile is working as a Field Staff in the Conservative Agriculture (CA) in the project of Food Security in TLC. He is also is a peer mediation facilitator.
Assistant Field staff
Isaac is  married  with two children and comes from a  Family of six children. He was born in the Northern part of Rwanda, Gicumbi district. He works as an  Assistant field staff in the Project of Food Security and he's in charge of Saving for Life and Loans (SFL) in our organization.

TLC Accountant
  Albert Mucunguzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possesses valuable skills acquired through the Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT). Currently, he serves as an Accountant and Office Manager at TLC Rwanda. His primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, classifying transactions, and preparing monthly financial reports to ensure the smooth operation and financial health of the organization
