TLC(Transformational Leadership Center) has implemented a project that led to community development and poverty reduction.This consist on encourage people to make small groups and save the little money they have got so that their welfare should be achieved.
Here the group members were celebrating after 9 months of saving and the day of getting their shares!What a great day for them!
